Financial Policy

PSR’s fees begin at levels comparable to other mental health providers in the community, with lower doctoral student clinicians’ rates. Both levels have sliding fee scales, and we have some grant funding that may help lower costs even below the rates negotiated based on special circumstances.

Payment is due at the time of service, can be made by cash, check, debit or credit card, and some HAS cards, and is collected at the beginning of the appointment. There are no refunds given.

There is a charge for appointments cancelled without 24 hours’ notice.
